2 Service Description

SlotCord provides premium visibility solutions for Discord servers, including but not limited to:

• Scheduled ping services (@here and @everyone)
• Server promotion and visibility optimization
• Brand exposure enhancement services
• Custom slot packages with varying durations

All services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability. We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

3 Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before service activation. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform.

4 User Responsibilities

When using SlotCord services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during purchase
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not attempt to resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

5 Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

• We fail to deliver the service within 48 hours of purchase
• Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
• The service provided does not match the purchased description

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our support system. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, Discord server closures, or violations of Discord's Terms of Service.

6 Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your content violates Discord's Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your server promotes illegal activities or hate speech

No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to violations.

7 Limitation of Liability

SlotCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for Discord policy changes, server bans, or any actions taken by Discord Inc. against your server.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on SlotCord are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our Discord server or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
